Vesparazzi Scooter Club, recognized World Wide, was founded by a scooter rider in New Orleans La in 1999. With the membership at just one he began a campaign to solicit members all over the world. The Club rules were simple, just love motor scooters and buy a T-Shirt. Using his art skills the Founder  designed several logos for the club then offered them for sale over the web. Since that time many people have bought a shirt and joined the Vesparazzi Scooter Club.
